Need help ensuring you receive the e-mails you signed up for?

If you have noticed that you are not getting the e-mails or newsletters you signed up for, it may be because your Internet Service Provider (ISP) has automatically filtered them out of your inbox.

Below are some simple instructions on how to make sure you get your MY BEST SHOT eNewsletter on a monthly basis.

Find the name of your ISP below and follow the directions to add Newsletter@FUJIFILM.com to your e-mail address book.

AOL® Users:

1.       Open an e-mail or newsletter from Fujifilm or MY BEST SHOT

2.       Click on the "Add Address" icon located at the bottom of your e-mail.

3.       Newsletter@FUJIFILM.com name will automatically be placed in the name and email field in the "Add Contact" pop-up box.

4.       Click the Save button.

5.       Now, any e-mails and newsletters from Fujifilm such as MY BEST SHOT will automatically be entered into your AOL Address Book and appear in your Inbox.

Yahoo!® Users:

1.       Open an e-mail or newsletter from Fujifilm or MY BEST SHOT

2.       Click the "Add to Address Book" link located in the "FROM" line of your e-mail.

3.       Newsletter@FUJIFILM.com will automatically be placed in the email field in the "Add to Address Book" page.

4.       Click "Add to Address Book".

5.       Now, any e-mails and newsletters from Fujifilm such as MY BEST SHOT will automatically be entered into your Yahoo! Address Book and appear in your Inbox.

Hotmail Users:

1.       Open an e-mail or newsletter from Fujifilm or MY BEST SHOT

2.       Click the "Save Address" link at the top right of your e-mail.

3.       Newsletter@FUJIFILM.com will automatically be placed in the email field in the "Add to Address Book" page.

4.       Click the "OK" button.

5.       Now, any e-mails and newsletters from Fujifilm such as MY BEST SHOT will automatically be entered into your Hotmail Address Book and appear in your Inbox.

EarthLink® Users:

1.       Open an e-mail or newsletter from Fujifilm or MY BEST SHOT

2.       Click your mailbox's "Message" menu and choose "Add Senders" to your Address Book.

3.       Now, any e-mails and newsletters from Fujifilm such as MY BEST SHOT will automatically be entered into your EarthLink Address Book and appear in your Inbox.
